As denim fit responsible at H&M Shanghai Production Office, you will secure that our jeans have the right fit and sizing. You will work closely with design/buying organization as well as with our production offices globally.

Main Requirements:
1. Pattern Maker working experience, denim products is preferred
2. Be able to work in CAD pattern system, Lectra is preferred
3. Have grading skill, sample evaluation ability
4. Experience in fitting garments, solving fit issues and making pattern alterations.
5. Good understanding of H&M customer and its fit requirements
6. Good communication skills and English ability
7. Organized

Main Responsibilities:
1. Work with system( making M-list ), making patterns based on fitting blocks and design sketches
2. Manage fit information, send to other Asia Production Offices
3. Fitting denim samples and correcting fit issues, communicating with other Production Office Technicians and suppliers
4. Support and educate other Asia Production Office Technicians with fit issues.
