职位描述：
1. Matrix planning, program and operation

(1)Strategic Marketing

Strategic project development: Identify city map project needs/scope, and work closely with IT/Purchasing/3rd party team, to develop city map project and make sure IT system go live on time

Apply city map system and biz circle analysis, to monitor market/competition/channel healthy status, and to generate matrix city cluster RT development strategic planning and deploy resources accordingly

(2)Channel Marketing

With the understanding of channel conditions and retailer’s needs, to find out potential opportunities, work out channel marketing tactics and initiate matrix program, including new RT development program, RT training program, merchandising/inspection program, branded shop development, sell through program, etc

(3)Consumer Marketing

To enhance brand awareness, generate media program and end users marketing campaign, including seasonal sell out promotion, free tire detection program, etc

(4)Marketing Intelligence:

Setup and maintain Matrix database by city census visit, and provide marketing insights by sell through analysis and value chain study

(5?)Operation management

Manage matrix program, optimize execution process, and contribute to operational effectiveness

2. Vendor Management

Quotation auditing, KPI formulating and performance tracking performance

3. Budget Planning and Control

Response for annual budget planning and managing budget based on expense efficiency assessment

4. Team management

(1)Coop with SWAT sales leader, to recruit and structure SWAT team, generate people training and developing program, propose quarterly KPI and evaluate SWAT performance accordingly

(2)Leading, inspiring and motivating matrix team
