职位描述：
I. Responsibility and Authority

1. Product Development
？ Supports customer in product development, includes garment, accessories, prints and embroideries, etc.

？ Follow up and track samples and ensure their on-time delivery with required quality

？ Negotiate product price with garment suppliers, control and judge costing

？ Sourcing new innovation in Apparel textile fields

2. Production and Quality
？ Review / comment / measure samples, to facilitate inspection and production
？ Prevent and solve problem relating to product design, quality and delivery proactively by regular communicate with customers and suppliers
？ Initial and organize fabric and garment testing to prevent quality problem

？ CSR control: maintain the factory sourcing standard as BSCI audit valid

？ Inline and final inspection

？ Salesman/ shipment sample collecting and filing

3. Order follow-up
？ Input order data into system
？ Follow-up production status in order to reach an on-time delivery
？ Shipment follow up

4. Responsible for other tasks assigned by superior

？ Samples and product delivery on-time
？ No quality problem
？ No claim case
？ Good price from suppliers
？ Professional service delivery to customers and suppliers
？ Cooperative with other supporting Depts

II. Education and Experience
？ Good garment knowledge, including the knowledge of functional fabrics, accessories and testing
？ Customer-oriented and service-minded
？ Excellent communication, negotiation and coordination skills
？ Good command of oral and written English
？ Ability to work independently and team player , demanding
？ Willing to learn, interested in garment knowledge and new products
？ Familiar with European market is plus
？ Willing to travel
Bachelor or above degree, major in garment or textile is preferable
？ 3 years or above merchandising working experience in garment field
