职位描述：
Duties & Responsibilities

1 Support method development to BVCPS GTS based on China national and industry standards, particularly on hard goods, toys and juveniles, like Food Contact items, Bags, Cribs, Umbrella, Toys, bicycles. Standards cover GB, QB, and some HG industry standard.
2 Liaison to Global TS with the following BVCPS global processes, such as TCD (test capability development), AUD (Audit), COR (Correlations), INQ (Technical Enquiry Process), MTD (Methods), for issues related to China GB national and industry standards.
3 Participate in China standard committees for reviewing and drafting China national standards. Support building relationship with related China government entities involving China consumer products standard establishment and implementation. .
4 Provide training to BVCPS internal and external customers for questions related to China GB testing, GB national regulatory and industry requirements in the form of meeting, seminars or webinars.
5 Cooperate with INQ (technical enquiry) to support answering technical enquiries related to Chins GB standards.
6 Recommend appropriate regulatory and product standards for customers’ products for China domestic market. Support clients for drafting enterprise standards upon request.
7 Provide feedback to N+1 and Global TS in a timely fashion regarding processes and recommendations for improvements.
8 Follow company Code of Ethics and HSE responsibility.


Skills & Requirements

1 Knowledge and experience of testing from laboratory / manufacturing for China GB domestic market.
2 Proficiency with Windows, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and e-mail programs like Lotus Notes.
3 Good reading and writing English capability. Fluent oral English or other second language would be highly preferred.
4 Good time management and communication skill, able to provide training and seminars to public.
5 Familiar with the general hard goods and toys test requirements, e.g. Tensile test, Corrosion resistance, Performance analysis, Flammability, Mechanical hazards test, etc. Experience in the instrumentation such as Tensile strength tester, Gauges for different applications, ICP etc.
6 Familiar with the China national and industry standard requirements, e.g. GB 6675, GB5296.5, GB 5296.6, QB 1999, GB 9687, GB 28480, etc. Knowledge of China product standards for food contact items, hard goods, toys and juvenile products is highly preferred.
7 Familiar with ISO/IEC17025 standard and experience in CNAS and CMA accreditation is highly preferred..
8 Previous experience in China national and industry standard review and drafting is highly preferred.
9 Ability to perform multiple tasks by manager request.
10 Individual and Team work ethic.
11 Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet or exceed deadlines (with help from manager if necessary).
12 Willing to travel to support overseas laboratories and clients for demands on China GB testing activities. 举报 分享
