Job Overview/职位概述：

Primary responsibility is to initiate and execute internal development of Spin Master concepts, in areas of Robotics and UAV.

• Envision, design, and develop world-class software for interactive, technologically advanced toys;

设想、设计并开发交互式、领先技术类玩具的世界级软件；

• Keep awareness on technology of MCU development, provide best solutions to product concepts and engineering challenges.

Qualifications:

任职要求：

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field;

计算机科学、电子工程、计算机工程类相关专业本科以上学历；

• Minimum 8 years of relevant software engineering experience, including significant experience in C#, C/C++ programming and debugging skills;

至少8年以上软件工程开发经验，包括C#、C/C++编程和调试经验；

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on product development experience, working hand in hand with hardware and mechanical engineers on complete system solutions;

至少5年以上产品实际开发经验，具有与硬件工程师和机械工程师合作开发并完成系统方案的经验；

• Experience with electro-mechanical and remote controlled toys strongly preferred;

具有机电和遥控玩具开发经验者优先考虑；

• Excellent software development experience, documentation, coding, implementation, and debugging;

具备软件开发、文件编制、代码编程、执行和调试的经验；

• Strong ability in writing solid, efficient, and readable code that solves complex problems effectively;

具备编写稳定、高效的可读代码的能力，并能高效的解决复杂问题；

• Passionate, persistent, and creative - finding solutions to difficult problems and clever ways to work around obstacles;

工作热情、持之以恒、有创造性；具备解决困难和机智处理障碍的能力；

• Good understanding on overall electro-mechanical system, excellent analytical thinking and debugging skills;

了解整体机电系统，并有优秀的分析和调试能力；

• Ability to work independently and in groups to effectively participate in the development process, leading to successful prototype performance;

能够独立工作，在团队中也能有效的参与开发全过程，导向成功的模型开发；

• Good written and oral communication skills in both English and Chinese.

具备优秀的中英文书面表达和口语沟通能力。
