Key Responsibilities
· Research and source new suppliers or production market for shoes.
· Follow up new suppliers'overall capacity and the capacity for H&M.
· Communicate H&M requirement updates with new suppliers and secure info flow with related departments.
· Evaluate potential suppliers in terms of H&M requirement with Capacity Assurance Manager.
· Organize and follow up new supplier documents and conduct new supplier education.
· Evaluate existing supplier base according to performance and set the development plan
· Secure existing capacity to optimize company growth and profitability
· Identify and build new capabilities, business opportunities
· Follow up capacity planning
· Evaluate suppliers performance and strategies and closely monitor to ensure that they follow the action plans
· Work actively with other concerned teams to build strong foundation for capacity management

Key Requirements
· Minimum 5 years production experience in shoes
· Solid experience in factory sourcing is a must
· Strong technician profile by knowing how to make shoes is preferred
· Experience in auditing is preferred
· Strong analytical skill and supplier management concept
· Self-motivated, organized, positive and customer driven
· Business minded, interested in fashion, quality conscious
· Proficient in both written & spoken Chinese and English
· Strong communicate skill and able to work people with different culture background.
· Good PC skills in using Microsoft WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT, etc
· Able to work independently but also in team.
