Randstad China first opened offices in 2005 and we have an established branch network across China, servicing more than 100 primary and secondary cities. With a focus on rapid expansion over the next three years, we now look to accelerate our business by investing in the growth and development of our professional team in Shanghai.
We are currently looking for a business Director to lead our newest office with projected head count of 120 staff. This is a unique opportunity to join at phase 1 and locally develop a business with International support and branding.
Your role
- Establish a strong position in search and selection in specialist sectors and profiles
- Build a business which focuses on mid to senior positions (high quality, high volume)
- Full responsibility for budget, P&L and results
- Quick expansion to gain market share
- With support from Global HQ establish a brand name across a number of new sectors
- Build a strong team culture in line with the Randstad values
