We are currently looking for a Search and Selection Manager to head up our newly established Professional Services division. This is a unique opportunity to join at phase 1 to locally develop what is globally already one of Randstad's most profitable and successful teams. Working alongside some of our international experts in this field you will have guidance and support on-hand to help establish the Professional Services division's reputation here in Shanghai.
Your role
As a new Randstad employee, you will be provided with a first-class orientation and induction in our business at both a local and international level, as well as having ongoing access to our full suite of training and leadership development courses.
As a Search and Selection Manager, you will play a key role in developing and mentoring a team of consultants with varying levels of recruitment or industry experience.
Using international best practice methodology, you will drive team activity, KPIs and performance reviews to achieve sales targets.
To accelerate business growth, you will have individual sales and business development responsibilities.
You will have 5+ years professional recruitment experience.
Recruitment experience in a professional services (IT, Finance, Legal, HR or Marketing background) preferred.
You will have excellent communication skills, including both English and Mandarin.
