Senior Management Trainee (SMT) Program - Private Wealth Relationship Manager

The program is dedicated to developing a pool of fully-engaged fresh graduates with high performance potential. The program delivers accelerated development through intensive formal learning, on-the-job training, coaching and mentoring. The program is directly aligned with our company’s talents leadership development strategy that aims to fuel exceptional graduates with the skills and experiences they need to unleash their talents and create their bright future career.

 

Program Brief

？ A 6-month program consisting of two stages with rotation among different cities (Shanghai/Beijing/HK);

？ In the 1st stage, you will have an exclusive mentor (top sales/sales leaders) and receive different training on several topics, such as product, compliance, sales skills etc.. Meanwhile, you are required to achieve the assigned sales target.

？ In the 2nd stage, you will be assigned to a fixed role based on your profile and interests and partnered with a senior leader on multi-function projects. After successful completion of the program, you will be offered a position as a “Private Wealth Relationship Manager” in the wealth management department.

？ During the whole program, there would be performance review and evaluations with company management team.

Location: Beijing/Shanghai/Guangzhou/Shenzhen/Wuhan/Chongqing/Chengdu

 

Requirements:

Education background:

Graduates from the MBA program of the top university in China;

？ Or graduates from the global top 100 MBA program (according to FT Global MBA Ranking);

？ Or graduates from MBA program from the top 50 business schools in US (US News The Best Business Schools Ranking);

？ Or Master graduates with 3+ years working experience from the top 50 business schools in US (US News The Best Business Schools Ranking);

Soft skills:

？ Open minded, committed, aggressive, ambitious, mature and result-driven;

？ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

？ Passion for financial services industry (wealth management) and sales;

 

Others:

？ Good mobility.
