Responsibilities:

？ Station in Shanghai and direct report to the Finance Controller;
？ Be responsible for financial statement, budget, forecast, and report up to IFRS and local standards and requirements;
？ Liaise with customs, tax bureau, auditors etc
？ In charge of finance team 8 persons;
？ Implement / strengthen internal audit control
？ Manager daily cash flow operation;


Requirements:

？ Tertiary qualification in Finance or Accounting
？ Qualified accountant with 5 years working experience in MNC and retail industry;
？ Proven experience in establishing and maintaining sound financial and accounting systems, procedures and controls;
？ Familiar with PRC legal regulations for Retail and Importation operations, and tax & treasury regulations;
？ Familiar with Microsoft office software and ERP system;
？ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

1.带领8人的财务团队完成每月财务报表的编制，并确保符合中国企业会计准则及集团会计准则；
2、贯彻执行企业内部财务管理制度，并负责落实财务部业务流程和财务单项管理规定的具体实施工作，定期检查执行情况；
3.完成公司费用和资金管理、固定资产与无形资产管理；
4.协助年度预算方案及财务战略规划的拟定，监督各经营单元预算执行情况并定期完成绩效评价报告；
5.协助完成日常税务管理及税务筹划；
6.协调与公司财务有关的各种外部关系。
岗位要求:
1、财经类本科及以上学历，会计师以上职称；
2、五年以上零售行业财务工作经验，了解店铺内控程序；
3、 熟悉国家基础产业的产业政策和财税政策法规等，具备较强的数字概念和数据分析处理能力；
4、熟悉成本管理、核算、分析及控制。熟练使用各类财务管理软件；
5、熟练掌握各种通用办公软件，精通Excel，PowerPoint等
6、对于新的财税政策适应性强，能提供适当的会计处理意见；
7、具较强的沟通与协调能力。
