Basic Function:
Responsible for the planning and implementation of the media/PR plan as well as the full range activities associated with corporate communications,Corporate Contribution,public relations,Media relations and Special Events
Scope of supervision:
This position reports to Marketing Manager
Responsibilities:
Working with Marketing Manager to develop out of the box Media strategies for the market.
Developing the PR strategies and enhance company image through media relations.
Regular meetings with media to ensure proper representations of our products in key titles
Manage all press queries related to company and products-Writes press articles related to the brand and catered to specific subjects requested by the media
Develops new media sources and negotiates with media representatives to affect events.
Review current public relations and evaluates success/failure of events
Oversees the preparation and distribution of informational material to media representatives
Manages and participants in the development and scheduling of events projects
Reviews and evaluates PR events and recommends adjustments or refinements.
Review annual PR costs and recommends changes to budgets based on effectiveness.
Internal Coordination with marketing,sales and finance department,etc.
Plan and organize press related function/Activities
Follow corporate guidelines
Compile communications tools,including writing,translation and production Supervision
Person Qualifications
-Bachelor degree or above
-Around 4 years of experience in PR
-Professional and accountable with good interpersonal and communication skills
-Strong PR awareness and sense
-Good command of English and computer skills
