Che Wu Hen Automotive Service (Shanghai) Co., Ltd is a newly established sino-german Joint Venture focusing on the auto fast repair. We will introduce the advanced repairing technologies and high quality products into China. Job Descriptions职位描述：
1、开发喷漆培训课程及课件，并担任喷漆教学和实训工作
Develop painting training courses and be responsible for painting training and practicing.
2、负责对课程进行教学过程跟踪、评估和总结
Responsible for tracking the process of training and making assessment and summary.
3、负责汽车喷漆培训项目调研、现场辅导、课程讲授等；
Responsible for car painting training project research, on-site guidance, courses, etc.
4、能熟练掌握喷漆工艺流程和各种工具，包括喷漆和调色；
Be familiar with coating procedure including tools and coating and mixing right color.
5、监管完工车辆的喷漆质量符合公司标准，并指导其他人员正确操作。
Check finished cars carefully to guarantee coating quality to meet company’s standard, instructing painters to standardize the operation.

Qualifications任职要求：
1、至少 3-5年汽车喷漆或技术培训的工作经验
- At least 3-5 years' working experience of painting or painting training.
2、具有中高级以上职业资格证书优先（汽车维修漆工/汽车维修工）
-Coating Intermediate Certificate and senior Certificate is preferred.
3、善于团队合作，语言表达能力强，具有领导力
-Good at team working and communication, leadership is preferred.
4、持C1或以上驾驶执照优先
-Having C1 driving license is preferred.
5、办公软件使用熟练（PPT，EXCEL等）
-Skilled in MS Office software especially in PPT and EXCEL.
6、会英语者优先
