General Description:
? Professional skill of Die Attach process and Die Attch machine/tooling
? Early involve in new package develop with NPPD department for product safe launch.
? Mature products line sustaining and continuous yield improvement
? Assy and Test abnormal lots root cause analyze and disposal as routine work
? Process characterization and statistical analysis method for chronical issue resolve
? Continuous improve direct & indirect material cost
? Process optimization & robustness through 5M1E and SPC methodology
? Productivity continously improvement
? FMEA, control plan, SOP, Guide line generation for related process
 
Skills/Experience:
Bachelor Degree or above with Major in Material Science, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
required with 8 or more years of related DA experience.
The ideal individual must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment. Self-motivated and self-directed, however, must have demonstrated ability to work well with people. A proven desire to work as a team member, both on the same team and outside of the team.
 Ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex problems.
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. 举报 分享
