In cooperation with HQ, define hiring profiles and evaluate candidates.
与总部商议在本地技术人员的招聘要求并且执行

R&D
领导研发
Collect and analyze customer needs and cooperate with HQ R&D finding customized solutions.
搜集和定义市场需求，与总部研发部门共同研发针对不同客户需求的产品
Identify opportunities of product localization to improve cost-efficiency and quality.
实现本地化生产， 在保证质量的前提下降低成本

Planning
生产规划
In cooperation with HQ, design and plan initial production process; continuous analysis of production process to identify
points of improvement.
和总部合作，设计和建立本地生产流程，维护并有能力持续改进生产流程
In cooperation with HQ, define processes for assembly, production, warehousing and QC;
periodic revision of processes to improve efficiency and safety.
和总部沟通， 建立本地装配，生产，仓储和质量管理系统，阶段性的重审流程并且提高生产效率和安全
In cooperation with HQ, define, monitor and evaluate yearly production plan.
和总部协调制定每年生产计划表
Planning and management of people, machines and resources in the production process.
管理生产人员，机器和生产资料
Define weekly production targets and monitor progress.
制定每周的生产目标，监控生产过程
Together with HQ, define and monitor economic and production targets (production volume, quality, budget, etc.).
和总部协调制定经济和生产目标（产量、质量、预算 等等）
Plan, implement and monitorquality, safety and environmental standards and policies.
制定计划， 执行生产质量监控， 生产安全监控， 以及符合生产过程中的环保要求

Sourcing
采购
Technical evaluation of initial samples in cooperation with QC responsible from HQ.
和总部共同评定采购的初次样品， 总部要求一致的质量管理
Periodic assessment of suppliers and incoming products for QC purposes.
阶段性的估评供应商和采购产品的质量

入职后将飞赴意大利总部进行一定时间的技术培训。


招聘要求：

University degree in mechanical engineering or production technology
大学本科毕业， 机械工程或者机械制造专业
3 years +experience in machinery production industry, ideally in an international company
三年以上生产制造型企业工作的经验， 最好有外企经验
People management skills and team leading experience
有人员管理经验， 有带领团队的经验
English language proficiency, oral and written
英语口语流利， 书面精通
Experience in production planning and previous budgeting responsibilities
有制定生产计划的经验， 制定生产预算的经验
Awareness for quality management and experience with QC
有质量管理和监控意识
Organizational and planning skills
组织管理技巧和规划技巧
Preferably experience in product development and logistics/warehousing
有发展生产和建立物流中心经验者优先
Understanding and insight in hydraulics, pneumatics and electronics
懂得液压， 气动技术和电气技术知识者优先
Autonomous, target-driven and reliable working attitude
独立， 工作目标性强和可靠的工作态度
