DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:

职位描述
1.处理来自用户的呼叫,在Service-Now中创建请求/事件/问题故障单,并转移到相应的小组跟进;
2.学习IT政策和程序,了解IT系统配置,与他人分享知识;
3.根据全球/地区SOC团队,并将其分配给正确的负责人;
4.准备统计报告给IT运营经理进行分析
5.按照员工账户结算策略处理基于人力资源每日终止用户账户电子邮件的相关用户账户流程;
6.向最终用户提供IT流程培训;
7.过滤掉非IT支持请求
8.监控请求并确保根据服务级别协议交付;
9.与公司全球服务台合作处理企业系统问题;
10.用户投诉的纠正措施
11.支持所有改善/精益计划
工作要求
1. IT或相关科目的最低学院或以上学历
2.硬件经验,软件故障排除
3.善于人际沟通和沟通能力,愿意为最终用户,支持团队提供优质的服务
4.良好的英语和普通话沟通能力
Job Description
1. Handle calls from users, create requests/incidents/problem tickets
in Service-Now and transfer to the appropriate team to follow up;
2. Study IT policy and procedure, understand IT systems configuration,
share knowledge with others;
3. Based on Global/Regional SOC team report to open tickets, and assign
them to the right person in charge;
4. Prepare Helpdesk statistics report to IT operation manager for
analysis
5. Follow employee account check out policy to handle related user
account process base on HR daily termination user account e-mail;
6. Deliver IT Process trainings to end users;
7. Filter out non-IT support requests
8. Monitor request and make sure that they are delivered according to
service level agreement;
9. Work with Corporate global helpdesk for corporate systems' issues;
10. Corrective actions for users' complaints
11. Support all kaizen / lean initiatives
Job Requirements
1. Minimum College or above in IT or related subjects
2. Experience in hardware, software trouble-shooting
3. Good at interpersonal and communication skills and willing to
provide quality service to the end-users, support teams
4. Good communication skills in English and Mandarin
