HVAC Engineer for a global fortune 100 Company

The Role:

• Responsible for new building HVAC system maintenance, including chiller, boiler, pumps, cooling tower, AHU and etc.
• Responsible for new building plumbing system maintenance, including city water supply, drainage.
• Responsible for compressed air system maintenance
• Responsible for work out the HVAC/ plumbing/ CA system SOP and direct the technician to do daily maintenance work.
• Support C/RE team for site management during construction period.
• Mechanical background, University bachelor degree
• 2-3 years office and R&D building maintenance experience
• Familiar with HVAC/plumbing/ gas supply systems
• Good at both speaking and reading English
