Job Duties (Tasks, Responsibilities, etc.):
1. Train suppliers on POs, logistics requirements, documentation, invoicing procedures, etc.
2. Manage suppliers PO confirmation, schedule change and booking/shipments
3. Interact with overseas plants to understand the demand, requirements and opportunities for improvements
4. Conduct weekly meetings with overseas Production Control team
5. Coordinating among suppliers, 3rd PL and internal customers
6. Data analysis to look for logistics performance improvement
Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements:
1. Good writing and spoken English
2. Good logistics, export & import knowledge
3. Good inter-personal communication skills
4. Skillful with EXCEL (PLOT, Pivot table, Lookup, etc)
5. Ability to use/learn SAP
6. Basic knowledge of data base is preferred (SQL)
7. Basic knowledge of purchasing function concepts, processes and practices
Education and Experience Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above with its major in logistics/supply chain management or Bachelor’s Degree of Science (Statistics, Math, Operation Research etc)
2. 2+ years’ experience in logistics is preferable
