职位描述：
Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage with stakeholders, drive feasibility analysis for new business development, design and provide recommended business model and operation solution, pricing and cost analysis etc.
2. Analyze existing business and operation service systematically to give full visibility of core business challenge and improvement opportunity. Initiate and implement the proposal of optimization operation model and solution to improve efficiency, quality and cost.
3. Conduct monthly operation performance analysis, insight improvement opportunity , submit and implement action plan to achieve desired outcome by collaborating with functional partners and operation team.
4. Collect the market and industry development information , relative national policy regularly. Provide the appropriate analysis report in market trend, business impact, responsive strategies and solution.
5. Complete projects and analysis within given timeframes
6. Lead or participate in project teams related to FM scope within customers or HAVI initiatives
7. Take charge of related IT projects to achieve system and solutions improvement, optimization and implementation.


Key Qualification
1. Bachelor degree in Management, Logistics, Distribution or Supply Chain, MBA or advanced logistics qualifications would be an advantage
2. At least 8 years of management experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management preferably gained at a logistics service provider
3. Third Party Logistics experience in cold supply chain or food related industry
4. Broad exposure to the supply chain management functions at a senior level
5. Must have strong operations experience, and run a logistics operation
6. Fluent in English and Chinese writing and speaking
7. Strong Communicator with good interpersonal skills
8. Strong analytical skills with good judgment and sense of urgency
9. Ability to motivate, challenge and innovate and work in teamwork environment
10. Strong relationship-building and negotiating skills, ability to engender trust and goodwill
11. High dominance and influencing skills. Able to drive change and ensure high standard of work
12. Excellent communication and formal business writing, and strong capability on project management
13. Ability to face different and various challenges, to work under high pressure on mentality and mind and workload
14. Good computer skills, Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc. 举报 分享
