岗位职责：

 

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for day-to-day freight invoice auditing via SAP TMS (Transportation Management System), handling exceptional issue with relevant supplier and internal stakeholders

Responsible for SAP TMS daily trouble shooting, closely working with internal IT team and SAP TMS vendor

Responsible for SAP TMS enhancement task if any, and raise enhancement request to IT to improve or design new transaction function of the system

Provide SAP TMS reporting function: weekly accrual report, remittance report/full report/GL report/on-hold report, batch error report, etc.

Support to set up and monitor SanDisk billing process with external suppliers and internal account payable team

Cooperate with account payable team to settle the freight payment with supplier in a timely manner

Validate local supplier’s monthly statement, and arrange payment after auditing

Deliver retail fulfillment site outbound monthly metrics to internal stakeholders with freight cost per unit information

Provide quarterly freight summary reporting, including billing accuracy, cost saving, and expedite expense

Take care of the claim management, follow up the finalized claim result till amount received or deducted from the freight

Provide retail cost analysis/estimate to internal stakeholders, by customer or project

Data collection and analysis for RFQ bidding with billing process set up

Take a pro-active approach to control cost and improve suppliers’ service quality

Play an active role as part of the whole logistics management team

 

Requirement:

Bachelor degree or above, 6-8 year working experience in multinational manufacturing company related to logistics/Business administrative, supply chain, finance, etc.

Strong logic data analysis capability

Strong Microsoft Office skills, esp. Excel and PowerPoint

High execution capability, effective problem-solving skill

Have common sense in transportation network optimization and cost reduction knowledge

Familiar with SAP system will be a plus

Good team player

Excellent communication skills with cross functional team

Willing to take challenge and work under high pressure

Good command of spoken and written English
