1）该职位需要经常出差浙江温岭
2）出差频率：每个月一次，每次2周时间在浙江温岭
Position Objective/Mission:
To provide the required result on his product line in terms of Quality &Delivery &; Service, from the development to the shipment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for product engineering respecting schedule, quality (so ensure a good understanding between development teams and the vendors.)
2. Update sample and mass production status (quality, delays) to Planning coordinator and brands
3. Is Involved in the set up of the factory quality system (flow, quality steps, and control tools required for engineering and mass production)
Essential Duties:
1. Support Brand's R&D to develop products with vendors:
1) In coordinate with design & specification requirements detailed by Brand's R&D while maintaining the emphasis on product design integrity and performance;
2) With consideration for the smooth transition from product prototype to mass production;
3) Quality products from R&D stage, and set up quality specification for new developments with BU and factory.
2. Work with quality manager to organize the Asian factories / vendors QC system in order to meet the company specifications,
3. Ensure on time & reliable deliveries in coordination with the Planning coordinator.
Qualification and Skills:
1. At least 3 years experience working in manufacturing or design, sourcing, quality control area;
2. College degree & Knowledge in mechanics, or Poly material or Tooling or injection;
3. Project Management skills;
4. Customer oriented minded;
5. Reactivity, motivate, management of priority;
6. Analytical/Synthetically mind;
7. Good oral communication and reports skills;
8. Coordination, negotiation & conflict resolution skills;
9. Master English both on oral and written.
Other Special Remarks:
1. Ability to read and build CAD file is a plus;
2. Ability to take decision;
3. Capacity to listen and explain.
