Job description
This is sales role ,responsible for IBM SWG portfolio selling in Wuhan PUB sector (government, universities and healthcare ). With strong customer&partner relationship and PUB knowledge on these above segment.
Act as IBM SWG Ambassadors in front of client, lead cross IBM team to drive a good software performance of value selling & solution selling on PUB accounts.
Key Accountabilities
Beat quota assigned.
Chasing PUB development trend. Conduct joint PUB strategy development, territory planning and account planning. Analyze and define yearly PUB growth target.
Can work with matrix organization and drive virtual team to execute PUB strategy and reach goal.
Support Cluster/SWG to develop and build customer/partner executive relationships.
Develop PUB partner eco-system, especially top ISV.
Develop good interactive and relationship with experts and influencers.
Lead to win as a team for strategic software projects;
Coach virtual team members on to leverage the appropriate internal and external stakeholders, and help to improve Cluster/SW sales' skill to sell software;
Work with Marketing on sales support needed to drive pipeline velocity.
Ensure win/loss reviews are conducted and participate as needed.
Owns and solves issues related to integration/orchestration to improve winning rate.
Requirements:
1.3-5 years or above of value products (software, Unix servers, storage) sales experience, System integration sales experiences preferred, IBMer with local experiences welcome
2. Being familiar with solution selling
3. Senior industry knowledge in Gov account
4. Being good at channel enablement and management
5. Better with General business territory experience, Biz partner leverage experiences preferred
6. Bachelor degree or above
7. Collaboration Skill
8. Mandarin speaking is a must
9. Local Package
