职位描述：
Requirements :

Age : 35 to 45
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering ( Chemical will be a plus )
Manufacturing and or operations experience ( In chemical or coating industry will be a plus )
Project Management experience ( with factory set-up or involvement will be a plus )
A team player
Fluent both in English and Chinese communications and written
Knowledge in using Project Management Software and reports writing ( Is a must ).
This job will be required to be based in East China ( probably NingBo ), initial training will be done in Guangdong Jiangmen Factory.
It will be a 2 years contract, however, might have the opportunity or consider to be offered a position in the New Factory in East China.

Job scope
Ensures project delivered on time
Budget and quality standard delivered as required standard
Manage consultants, vendors and internal personnel.
Allocate and utilize resources to co-operate and meeting the project requirement
Responsibility
Directly reporting to the General Manager
Managing and leading the project team.
1.Recruiting project staff and consultants.
2.Managing co-ordination of the partners and working groups engaged in project work.
3.Detailed project planning and control including:
4.Developing and maintaining a detailed project plan.
5.Managing project deliverables in line with the project plan.
6.Recording and managing project issues and escalating where necessary.
7.Resolving cross-functional issues at project level.
8.Managing project scope and change control and escalating issues where necessary.
9.Monitoring project progress and performance.
10.Providing status reports to the project sponsor.
11.Managing project training within the defined budget.
12.Liaises with, and updates progress to, project board/senior management.
13.Managing project evaluation and dissemination activities.
14.Managing consultancy input within the defined budget.
15.Involved in the review and approval of the design specification.
16.Working closely with users to ensure the project meets business needs.
17.Ensure all activities are complied with regulatory and legal requirements
