Responsibility:
? Leading the Industrial engineering
? Ensure EHS requirements and all legal/governance requirements
? Meet quality standards
? Guiding and supporting the overall production strategy
? CAPEX planning and execution for OPS
? Development and optimization of the production system
? Managing all IE projects including infrastructure projects
? Follow up global OPS projects (transfers, standardizations) as well as China build up CAPEX projects
? Staff development
? On-going optimization with Kaizen and Lean methods
Requirement:
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Manufacturing and Automation or related
Good understanding and practical knowledge on IE, Lean Tool; such as the 5S, Kaizen, Visual Management, 6 Sigma
Over 5 year experience in Equipment Manufacturing and IE
Fluent English communication
