职位描述：
岗位职责：
一、客户开发与渠道拓展
1）根据公司整体目标及分管区域的实际情况制定加盟商拓展计划，参与制订各区域销售目标及回款目标；
2）依据加盟部年度销售目标和年度营销计划，制定规划实施市场拓展和市场开发年度工作目标；
3）参与制定加盟管理制度和运作流程；
4）负责执行市场网络规划和新市场开店计划；
根据加盟政策有侧重点的针对不同市场，进行相应店铺或客户的拓展工作；
6）协助分管区域加盟商完成新店的拓展和新店开业。
二、加盟商日常管理
1）负责公司加盟商的合同签订及管理，定期进行加盟商的市场维护；
2）跟进新开业店铺销售业绩和销售情况，及时与加盟商、新店店长沟通，解决经销商和终端店铺疑难问题；
3）配合市场经理制定、完成加盟商订货计划，协助部门完成订货会相关事宜；
4）落实公司加盟政策，落实终端培训与指导；
5）执行与加盟商所属渠道的商务谈判，帮助客户与商场、街铺等业主建立良好的沟通关系；
6）维护与加盟商的客户关系，跟踪反馈客户问题；
7）落实区域加盟商销售政策，指导加盟商执行公司营销策略；
8）监督和管理加盟商的终端零售（店铺形象、产品、人员），维护公司品牌在当地的市场形象。
三、品牌拓展
1）综合分析分管区域市场，对市场品牌分布进行合理布局；
2）根据公司年度品牌拓展目标，对分管区域进行品牌的拓展。
任职资格：
1、大专以上学历；
2、具有2年以上连锁品牌加盟管理经验或者具有1年以上零售销售管理经验；
