岗位职责:
一、形象推广
1)定期分析市场情况,结合品牌定位,并提出有效的品牌推广建议;
2)对各平台上各品牌的形象设计以及页面企划有建议权;
二、商品采购:
1)参与并审核审核OTB预算制定,分解季度采购计划并实施采购;
2)制定产品组合策略及年度采购计划,并监督实施;
3)监督各平台每季货品计划与实际的达成率,根据达成率情况,调整每季货品的铺货量,完成公司制定的品牌销存比要求。
三、定价及毛利控制
1)制定货品上线定价,审核各平台促销活动力度,监督跟踪平台价格;
2)跟踪商品价格,对商品毛利进行跟踪管理,对商品毛利负责。
四、品牌营运管理
1)把控货品存货情况,分配畅销品的备货与铺货计划,根据各平台货品销售数据及计划达成情况,实时调控货品的配备;
2)根据销售情况以及商品结构,对新品畅销品进行补货,加快返单,对滞销品进行清货处理;
3)根据货品销售情况,及时沟通组织协调全国各分公司的货品调配,实时了解货品调拨顺利执行。
任职要求:
1.大专或以上的学历;
2两年以上的相关鞋服行业的货品营运分析经验;
3.良好的分析能力和沟通协调能力。
