Accounting manager - a pioneering medical company in healthcare
Salary: salary on application
Location: shanghai
The company
- A more than 100-year medical company with about 80,000 people in over 130 countries around the world.
- An innovator of products and services for the early detection, prevention, diagnosis and treatment of diseases
- Meet high ethical standards and comply with all applicable local, national and international laws
The role
- Prepare all the financial statements for the company.
- Complete an annual budget, monthly forecasting and a profit and loss statement.
- Analyze the profit and loss statement and budget and forecast report
- Advance, implement and maintain all accounting systems
- Design operational procedure and processes
- Develop team skills to encourage and motivate performance
- Assist senior management with budgets and strategic planning, contributing to process improvement, performance evaluation and managing a team of accountants
- Major in accounting, business or finance or similar
- Bachelor's degree or above in accounting, business or finance or similar
- More than 5 years working experience in accounting, working experience in pharmaceutical industry
- Planning and organizing skills as well as strong problem solving, analytical skill
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Good written and oral English
