职位描述：
Main duties 主要职责
1. Mainly handling the insourcing projects from other current Dorel vendors.
2. Evaluate the necessary resources/ draft possible planning/ gather all information from different teams on the transfer projects (Insource projects)
3. Create kick off deck, inclusive of defining project scope and objectives in alignment with approved project request
4. Develop project team according to the project detail plan, make sure the resources are proper to each activities.
Communicate with function Managers in order to secure the resources in place.
Manage the Project team members, balance/ request additional support when project team organization change happens.
5. Responsible for brand / product category project management, communication, coordination.
6. Lead the insourcing projects, to make sure the transition with DJASO or Division are smooth.
7. Assist the member to proceed the projects, and provide the related solution in order to prevent delaying the projects.
8. Define, classify, analysis & report of the potential project risks which maybe fail to meet target spec, schedule, cost, quality.
9. Make sure the milestone of the insource projects can be per quality and on time to meet the expected target.
10. To report and updated the result for each phases of insourcing projects, and prepare/collect the related projects information to control the process assets of project.
11. To support/provide/update the factory or projects information to the DJASO or Division colleagues.
12. Support the evaluation of the insource projects budget and information consolidation.
13. After the projects close, may have to take the responsibility for following the related extension design projects.

Level knowledge & experience知识, 经验要求

1. College degree or above
2. Related work experience or manufacturing plants over three years, foreign trade factory experience is preferred
3. Related work experience for handling the new products projects in manufacturing plants or related multi-dept. work experience
4. Have the management experience of 5 to 10 ppl team will be a plus
5. With the new product project management experience is a plus

中山地址：Dorel Juvenile在中山目前有新旧两个办公区。新办公区在东升镇葵兴大道202号，目前生产车间以及与生产相关的办公室员工已搬至新区。旧办公区在葵兴大道28号，目前R&D，HR&Admin，Finance等部门仍在旧区办公。一般情况下，面试多安排在旧区。
