职位描述：
工作职责：

1. To guarantee the qualitative requirements on molds building at EDM & Wire cutting process
按要求完成模具制作的放电及线切割作业
2. Inspect work pieces according to the drawings after EDM & Wire cutting process.
放电及线切割作业后依据图纸检查工件尺寸
3. Make fixtures and tools based on the given production plans
根据生产计划制作治具和工具
4. Machine and fixture maintenance according to the maintenance plan
根据保养计划维护设备和治具
5. Ensure that safety goes through the whole tools work process to avoid any accident
在整个模具加工过程中确保安全操作，避免工伤
6. Tools, machining data sheets management
工具、加工数据等管理
7. Improve machining efficiency and cost reduction
改善加工效率及成本消减
8. Perform 5S management in own working area
在相关的工作区域内实施5S管理
9. Other tasks assigned by superior according upon requirement
根据公司需要，完成上司安排的其它工作

任职资格:
1. Good machining skills on EDM & Wire Cutting operation.
熟练操作EDM和线切割机
2. Good knowledge on injection molds or die casting molds.
熟悉注塑模和压铸模
3. Knowledge of tools, mould, die's and their production processes. Ability of learning and using innovation of production methods and technologies
熟悉模具和工具的生产流程。具备良好的学习能力，能应用先进的生产工艺和技术
4. Tool manufacturing knowledge e.g. CNC milling, grinding, turning.
具备相关模具生产相关知识，如CNC铣\磨\车加工
5. Above 8 years experience of EDM & Wire cut technician. Experience on GF machines would be preferred
8年以上EDM和线切割操作经验，熟悉GF操作优先
6. Knowledge and experience on CAM software
