Responsibility:


1. Follow up production schedule with suppliers and to ensure production and on-time delivery for shipments;
2. Work in conjunctions with Suppliers, Merchandising, Quality, Financial Dept etc and arrange for all ready shipments;
3. Make the necessary booking with all shipping information and booking with forwarders on time;
4. Liaise and negotiate with forwarders and suppliers and solve all the problems during export declaration;
5. Make both proper export declaration and import clearance documents;

Requirements:


1.High responsibility,self motivated;
2.Engaging & influential communication/negotiation skill;
3.Keen observation, analysis and deciding ability;
4.Honest and strictly complying with professional ethics;
5.Excellent team work and working well under pressure.
6.Computer proficiency in MS-Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
7.College or above, major in international trade or business English related.
至少2年以上货代公司指定货操作经验或者外贸公司船务经验！
