职位描述：
1. Accountabilities
- Senior buyer is response for 3PL (3rd party logistics) transportation and services sourcing, negotiation, contracting and supplier management
- Have an insight into innovation and new supplier development to deliver expected saving on the basis of total supply chain cost
- Work closely with operation initiatives and support on daily logistic operation from procurement perspective, i.e. commercial terms, service quality assurance, etc.
- Manage supply to strength business relationship with the suppliers;
- Maintain supplier database and make cost driver analysis;
- Set up and renew cost model for cost analysis (demand market, transportation market, cost analysis, etc);

2. Qualifications and Technical competencies required
- Knowledge and experience in Logistic/Supply Chain preferred;
- Above 5 years related working experience in transportation and carrier management
- Good data analysis and calculation skills especially on massive data analysis
- Good process and system management
- Good communication skill in both Chinese and English;
- Good team player;
- Skillful in computer software: Excel, Words, MS Office, Website access & research etc;
- Able to travel in mainland China;
- Self-motivated, proactive.
