二、岗位职责：
注※有皮具，皮革採購相關經驗
1、培訓採購人員, 做部門教育培訓計劃及課程安排. Formation des acheteurs. Planification et organisation des cours de formation.
2、督導採購高級專員跟業務BM了解各品牌新開發樣品所用到的特殊材料, 提前做好生產預防工作. Assurer que les acheteurs seniors et BM connaissent bien les matières spéciales utilisées pour les nouveaux modèles de manière à faire les préventions pour la production à l’avance.
3、根據每月供應商考核評估結果, 進行考察、訪談、篩選以求公司與供應商更穩固發展合作關係. D’après les résultats d’évaluatoin faite mensuellement pour les fournisseurs, mener des inspections, entretiens et sélections en fonction, afin de developer des relations cooperatives plus solides avec les fournisseurs choisis.
4、參加工廠每周的生產進度會, 解決生管遇到的材料問題. Participer aux reunions de progrès tenues chaque semaine, afin d’aider au service de planning de résoudre les problèmes de matières.
5、主導公司推行的庫存材料扣用專案, 以降低材料成本占比. Diriger le projet de reduction des stocks de matières, dans le but de réduire la proportion de co？t de matières.
6、參加業務部門組織的開會樣品、銷樣的新型體材料介紹會, 督導所以材料問題在生產前解決. Participer aux reunions de presentation des matières utilisées pour les Meeting Samples et SMS tenues par le service Client et surveiller la résolution des problèmes de matières avant la production.
7、進行材料成本管控,推行材料COST DOWN并督導採購執行. Contr？ler le co？t de matières en mettant en pratique le projet ？COST DOWN ？ et en surveillant l’exécution auprès des acheteurs.
8、審核新增供應商的資料, 對其進行考察. Vérifier les informations des nouveux fournisseurs et faire l’inspection.
9、審核材料報價單, 督導各採購員按材料類型將報價單歸檔保存. Vérifier les cotations de matières. Assurer que les acheteurs archivent et conservent bien les cotations selon les types de matières.
10、審核採購單及付款資料. Vérifier et approuver les commandes d’achat et les documents de paiement.
11、完成主管交代的其他事項. Remplir d’autres taches distribuées par le superviseur.
三、任職要求：
1、教育程度（Education）：大专及以上 Senior diploma +
2、工作經驗（Working Experience）：懂採購, 具備管理經驗 Avoir les connaissances sur l’achat, expérimenté dans la gestion.
3、語文能力（Language）：普通话，英文 Chinois et anglais
4、軟體應用（Software）：Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Mckaysys
