职位描述：
JOB DESCRIPTION
？ Support contract manager by liaising with our customers, WWL depots, shipping lines and transport carriers to ensure timely cargo flow by coordinating supply chain tasks to facilitate a smooth product flow through the supply chain
？ Daily tracking of operations to ensure our performance satisfies major corporate account – reporting daily on any deviations in operations
？ Analysing and reporting on KPI data to explain variations from agreed targets
？ Supporting SCM system issues to ensure data integrity
？ Tracking invoices sent to customer for complete and on-time payment for operations provided
？ To assist contract manager to expand the projects related to inbound and outbound logistics according to WWL China and global strategy.
？ To monitor and report on exceptions and follow up on those exceptions and providing/suggesting solutions
？ To support customs/CIQ certificates handling and delivery
？ Daily reports preparing and sending
？ Communicate with customer, dealer, vender and related partners
？ Timely/accurately system update
？ To back up customer care in VPC on daily operation
？ Other tasks as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENT
？ University degree or equivalent study experience;
？ Supply Chain Management knowledge
？ Good communication skills with both internal and external parties, good team player;
？ Experience dealing with customers / suppliers in the automotive industry
？ Data analytical and report skills
？ Good user skills in Microsoft Office;
？ Fluent in English both oral and writing;
？ Stress details, careful and patient;
？ Work smartly and proactive to see the trend of operation result and to advise constructive
？ Suggestion for continuous improvement program.
？ Problem solving ability
？ Accept over time work and required business travel;
？ High Motivation in learning and doing;
？ Able to work under pressure and to tight time lines.
