PURPOSES:
Drive consistent and sustainable and profitable growth within the key customer segment through development of key customer partnerships and the development and execution of effective strategic sales plans.

Play a leadership role in both the North Asia Sales and key accounts global leadership teams, focused on consolidating the company’s reputation for delivering on its promise to provide quality, service and efficiency to all internal and external customers.

GENERAL FUNCTIONS AND TASKS:
? Develop and update annual account plans in line with overall company strategy. Translate account plans and customer insights into actionable and measurable tactics to deliver agreed business objectives.
? Build winning strategic partnerships / relationships with all key customer contacts and ensure strong customer advocacy within the company’s senior management team. A key focus must be the senior McDonald’s and HGS Regional teams for North Asia.
? Coordinate and execute all regional RFPs / SSR for McDonald’s across local markets. Work collaboratively with local markets to ensure timely implementation.
? Lead the development and coordinate the implementation of the regional SPI and QBR program for McDonald’s to ensure that sustainable sales and profitability is achieved, and that year-on-year SPI improved scores are realised.
? Establish and implement regional “Best in class” reporting and compliance for all McDonald’s markets, to drive improved customer service through increased internal efficiency.
? Support all local McDonald’s markets by leveraging Global NPD capability and the established head office network to unlock new business opportunities in all McDonald’s markets.
? Analyse performance and trends in the QSR market to identify account opportunities for growth and operational efficiency.
? Partner with the head office Marketing Team to ensure business development and productivity initiatives are implemented with all key accounts customers.
? Lead the continuous improvement agenda for key accounts North Asia and actively pursue continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce cost across all areas of the business. Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure internal alignment and that productivity targets are achieved year-on-year.
? Deliver accurate and timely reporting to key internal stakeholders of progress against agreed key objectives and ensure accurate and on time delivery of goods to key accounts customers meeting agreed DIFOT targets.
? Work in close co operation with the members of the key accounts team to build team cohesion and promote the responsiveness and professionalism of the Global Team.
? Support and maintain an achievement culture and positive leadership that fosters and enhances teamwork and cross functional unity, while also supporting personal growth and career development.

ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
? Strong leadership, relationship and commercial management skills.
? Display integrity, lead by example & set the consistently high standards for others to emulate.
? Demonstrate the edge required to make the tough yes and no decisions.
? With strong influencing ability, problem solving and communication skills, and ability to get other stakeholders onboard on tough decisions;
? Strong cross cultural awareness and ability to work collaboratively across businesses and geographical boundaries;
? Commands strong English and Mandarin language ability, as well as experience working in multinational corporate setting.
