欧贝豆的主要业务：
1) 教育资源订购：帮助客户订购本地或进口国际品牌教育资源，包括进口书籍、美术用品以及教室教学资源和家具等。
2) 图书俱乐部：服务于全国的国际学校和双语学校，定期分发给每个学生定制的图书目录册，鼓励孩子自己选择喜爱的图书，提升阅读的乐趣。
3) 书展活动：带来丰富的进口图书资源，让学校、生活在中国的外籍家庭和国内本地家庭能享受近在身边的优质进口图书。

什么是书展？

书展是欧洲，北美的学校里最常见以及最传统的活动之一。由读书供应商定期携带各种类型的图书到各个指定地点布展，售卖读书。在中国，书展也是各大国际学校的特色之一。

为什么要办书展?

相比于去书店，书展把各种特色，流行，热门的图书带到不同的地点，让更多的小朋友更方便，更频繁地接触到不同图书，习惯于图书的陪伴。相比于父母在网上帮孩子购书，孩子们可以更直观地看见，触摸到各种图书，更重要的是可以挑选到自己中意的读书，最大程度上激发阅读兴趣。

招聘岗位

欧贝豆北京分部现招聘一名全职活动（书展）策划。其主要职责为：预定并执行京津翼地区的书展活动。

应聘者需要具有良好的工作管理技能、守时、充满活力，及优秀的沟通协调能力和乐观向上的精神。自主积极的获取关于产品的专业知识，提升自己的专业能力以支持活动现场的推广和售卖工作。欧贝豆认为书展的目的是通过专业的服务来激励顾客（孩子、家长和老师等）对于图书和阅读的热情。
 
由于书展活动为定期在北京地区学校举办，有时会需要出差至周边城市，但出差频率一个月内不超过两次。工作时间可能会有季节性（受旺季和淡季影响）的调整，但全年的工作时间为每周平均40小时。
 
职位要求：
1. 普通话母语和流利的英语对话能力。
2. 充满活力，积极向上及优秀的沟通能力。
3. 有较强的学习能力、团队合作者，能为自己制定目标并为达成目标而努力。
4. 对书籍、教育和出版有强烈的兴趣。
 
优先考虑：
1. 具有教育或图书馆或出版社工作经验。
2. 具有零售营销活动经验。

1) Purchasing Support Services that help educational providers source international branded educational resources, art supplies and classroom furnishings locally in China.
2) Reading Club Flyers that are distributed in International and Bilingual schools across China, in aim to get children excited about reading by allowing them to choose their own books.
3) Book Fairs that make imported English books an easy access for both expatriate and local families in China.
4) Author Visits that inspire and encourage children about reading and writing, provide them with memorable experiences and the opportunity to acquire valuable signed books.
 
Obido is currently looking to hire a full-time Event Assistant based in our Beijing office. General tasks will include scheduling and overseeing events in the Beijing region.
 
The position of Event Assistant requires a candidate who is highly organized and punctual, has an energetic and outgoing personality, strong communication skills and a positive attitude. You will be responsible for organizing and running book fairs and other events at educational institutions across your region.
 
You will strive to obtain an expert knowledge of the products you represent and help visitors to your events develop a love of books and reading. You should possess a strong passion for delivering high quality customer service and enjoy interacting with children, parents, educators and all other potential customers.
 
This position requires regular travel to schools in and around Beijing and occasional overnight travel to neighboring cities, such as Tianjin. Working hours are somewhat seasonal, but will average 40-hours/week throughout the year.
 
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and capabilities:
 
Required
1) Native-level Mandarin Chinese and strong good English language skills
2) An energetic and outgoing personality, strong communication skills and a positive attitude
3) A quick learner and a team player who is goal oriented and driven
4) Competent using MS Office, especially Word, Excel and Powerpoint
5) A strong interest in books, education or publishing
 
Preferred, but not essential
1) Experience in education, libraries or publishing
2) Experience in retail events
