Job title: Regional Foodservice Business development supervisor
Reporting line: China Business development manager
Based in: Beijing, Shenzhen, Chengdu
Job Mission
· Support business development capability for distributor (Sinodis). Follow up of sales development for all FS profile of customers (Pastry & bakery Chain, HORECA...)
· Brand / product expert, supports the distributor (Sinodis) to introduce and follow up the sales of the BCCI products in the given region
· Train the regional teams to the products. Present the BCCI products to customers
· Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets, Partnership programs for BCCI products
· Close to the regional sales team : understands perfectly the market and is able to synthetise the main aspects to the management
· Maximize sales & profit growth potentials. Be responsible for the regional volumes achievement.
· Ensure smooth communication with customers and distributor (Sinodis), build and maintain good relationship with customers.
Targeted Profile
· Outgoing, organized, pursuing personal development
· Strong sales background, preferably has worked with dairy products, food industry channel development experience, and the technical background is preferred.
· Plan to spend at least 60% of the time in customer visits (Business trip)
· Be able to work independently to handle the complex situation & pressure
· Be able to work with chefs
· Familiar with the food industry market in the region that he/she will manage.
· Mandarin speaking. English is a must.
· Good at Word, Excel, PPT is preferred
