Job Responsibilities:
? Provide daily administrative (e.g. responsible for pantry supplies, office supplies such as sourcing, price quotation / negotiation, ordering; office maintenance etc.), and secretarial support to the department (e.g. meeting coordination, travel itineraries planning, air ticket & hotel reservations arrangement, handle reimbursement etc.) [處理辦公室日常行政文書工作(包括商務撰寫、挑選供應商、價格商議、辦公室器材保養等)及協助一般秘書事宜(包括為高級管理層安排與外界人士約見會面、計劃外遊行程、預訂酒店和機票及出差旅費報銷工作等)
? Maintain accurate and systematic database and filing system [負責檔案、文件記錄]
? Maintain company cars’ schedule and overtime record [負責安排公司車及記錄, 如:司機加班記錄]
? Maintain visitors’ schedule, transport and accommodation arrangement, and visa application [安排客人的日程、交通和住宿安排、簽證申請]
? Perform reception duties if needed [前台工作支援]
? Perform any ad-hoc assignments as required [執行臨時委派工作]
Job Requirements:
? Diploma (or above) in Administration management / secretary [行政管理/文秘等相關專業大專或以上]
? Minimum 2 years working experience [至少2年工作經驗]
? Knowledge of standard office administrative practices [熟悉行政工作的基本準則及流程]
? Good communication skills, problem analysis and problem solving skills, initiative, attention to details and accuracy, diligence [良好溝通能力、分析及解決問題能力強、工作主動、細心、勤奮]
? Knowledge of MS Office software [熟練運用MS Office相關軟體]
? Good command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese [精通英語、普通話及廣東話]
