职位描述：
The Role:
The Teacher is responsible for providing students with an engaging English language environment throughout their course of study. This includes delivering lessons to the highest standards of English Language Teaching, thus enabling students to reach their personal learning objectives and become competent users of English as a Foreign Language.

You will:
Provides students with relevant and engaging lessons tailored to enable them to reach their personal needs and objectives, all within EF methodologies such as Learn-Try-Apply-Certify.
Develops and uses supplementary material within EF guidelines to support learning needs and objectives.
Uses time effectively in order to maintain maximum student engagement.
Develops and delivers in-center and city wide Life Clubs as required.
Liaises, supports and collaborates with all staff tasked with providing study feedback and support to students.
Supports scheduling staff to maintain a high level of services to students.
Completes all required administration to a high standard and in a timely manner.
Actively participates in any required observation and feedback sessions, training, development meetings and informational meetings.
Assists the Area Manager and Supervisor in product testing.
Participates in all required non-core offerings.

You have/are:
? Hold a Bachelor Degree or above ( TEFL certificate will be preferred, we can provide TEFL certificate training if necessary)
? Major in English, English Education, TESOL, Applied Linguistics or relevant area
? Command excellent communicative skills in English with TEM8/IELTS7 or above
? Enjoy being teaching adults English and passionate about education and culture industry
? Have some English teaching work experience preferable
