Job Description
Comprehensive recruitment operational support and advice to managers and associated businesses
Project Management Research & Development in all personnel related topics
Recruitment for the assigned areas including contract negotiation and preparation
Innovators in the field Recruiting and Employer Branding
Design and implementation of innovative target groups and recruitment strategies
In charge of personnel marketing activities
Take responsible for establishing and maintaining employee communication channel system communicate with employees regularly make sure the information can be conveyed and feedback quickly
Maintain public relationship


Requirements
Bachelor degree majoring in Human Resource English Psychology or related discipline
At least 8 years working experience in HR related function or search firm background
Open-minded with excellent communication and presentation skill
Strong capability to handle multi-tasks at one time and can work under the pressure
Independent working capability and highly responsible
Fluent spoken and written English
Mature creative independent and strong sense of responsibility
