职位描述：
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Actively completing all project task, and achieving personal project target
2. Handling active communication with client to deliver satisfactory professional service
3. Analyzing clients' hiring needs and job description, and identify target candidate for client by handling database mining, resume screening, telephone or face-to-face interview
4. Responsible for overall project management and completion, including database selecting, resume screening, interview, C&B coordinating, reference check, project following up etc.
5. In charge of various search assignments independently
6. responsible for industry research and information collecting and filing
7. Providing the training to the Assistant Consultants and Researchers; arranging the job for them depends on project progress
8. Involving in BD activities and client maintenance;

Education/Knowledge/Experience:
1.Bachelor’s Degree or above
2.Around 5-8 years working experiences in sales, customer service, HR or consulting field; among 5 years working experience in headhunting industry
3.Good command of oral, reading and writing in English; Good project management experience and presentation skills, as well as outstanding communication capabilities; Strong commercial awareness and business acumen；Customer oriented and strong interpersonal skills；Honest ; reliable ; Confident; willing to take the challenges; Can work under the pressure and handle the multi-task at one time; Good command spirit, capability of coordination; 举报 分享
