As a Senior Packaging Designer you will be responsible for handling all product packaging needs for a multi-disciplined entertainment and pop culture related merchandise company. The successful candidate will be able to create innovative packaging solutions as well as work directly with factories to produce the final goods.

Responsibilities
工作职责

·Oversees all packaging design for toys, apparel, accessories, and home items, including boxes, hangtags, inserts, blisters, shopping bags, etc.
负责所有包装设计有玩具，服饰，配件及家居装饰包括吊牌，内卡，吸塑，购物袋等等。

·Partners cross-functionally with Sourcing and Merchandising teams to fulfill packaging needs.
与采购及销售团队跨职能协作满足包装需求。

·Manages factory relationships to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
能独立和包材厂沟通协调到位，确保质量并准时交货。

·Prioritizes projects and leads designers.
划分优先级项目及具备带领设计师团队的能力。

·Follow-through from concept to on-shelf, providing approvals for print samples before press and delivery.
从概念到产品上架全程跟进到位，在大货及交货前提供印刷样批准。

·Reports to Senior Design Manager
向高级设计经理报告。

Requirements
职责要求

·Proven working experience as a packaging designer
拥有多年丰富的包装设计工作经验

·Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple projects to meet deadlines
具有高度组织性并有能力将各项有限期的工作分清主次、逐项处理到位

·Strong project management skills and able to lead others
较强的项目管理技能并能够领导团队

·Able to use design to elevate brand perception and enhance the product experience
能够使用设计提升品牌认知,提高产品体验

·Technical excellence in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
精通AI 及 PS

·Thorough technical understanding of printing process
彻底了解整个印刷过程技术

·Strong understanding of packaging construction
充分了解包装结构

·Good spoken and written English
良好的英语交流和书写
