Visual Merchandiser Executive

Reports to Trade Marketing Manager (TMM) based in Shanghai

Roles and Responsibilities:

-To develop the creative promotional activities, visual merchandising

-To carry up the internally and externally training

- To closely work with TMM to develop, implement and monitor marketing activities in China

- To engage in market visits on a regular basis to collect market information and understand consumers and the trade operation to sharpen brand strategies

- To create new design in accordance with the defined strategy and follow up SIS & display material production

- To work out M&E(measurement and evaluation) for trade and consumer promotion

- To manage display material stock and arrange delivery weekly

Qualifications:

-Education

University gradated major in Business/Marketing or equivalent experience

-Languages

Fluency in English

-Professional experience

3 to 5 years marketing experience with an international company

-Technical & management skills

· Knowledge

1. Knowledge with luxury & fashion in advantage

2. Understanding of image building within a luxury context

3. Understanding of large brand business

· Skill

1. Good planning, implementation, presentation and negotiation skills

2. Good numerical and statistical skills

3. Good networking , influencing and communication skills

4. Good PC skills
