Process Coordination and JV Communication
- Provide timely support for relevant financial topics
- Coordination related Depts. process to support JVs request
- Timely provide process optimization proposal to the supervisors to fit business needs
Financial Analysis and Reporting
- Review and analyse JVs financial statements and reports, perform in-depth evaluations and assessments to prepare JV monthly report to highlight the business key area operation situation and attention to management team
- Coordinate various Controlling team to provide ad hoc reports and tasks
Financial Evaluation
- Full responsible for related JVs business case evaluation and communication with JVs business leader for deviation detected
- Manage and control JV cost centers in HQ on an ongoing basis as cost center manager, incl. plan vs. actual analysis, all-time full transparency, travel requests approval, etc.
- Coordinate among JV HR, HQ HR and HQ financial team in case of different opinion occurrence.
- Communicate and align with related dept for cost center cost planning.
Personnel Management
- Lead, motivate and develop allocated employees by target agreements and performance evaluations on the basis of the mission statement.
- Ensure target-oriented internal communication and task related qualification.
- Provide for employee and task related qualification regarding the requirements of Compliance.
- Ensure the achievement of agreed targets.
Qualification
- Experienced in planning and reporting with proficient financial knowledge and WOFE finance experience.
- Be able to work independently with high pressure
- Proficient in English communication with related parties
- Strong interpersonal skills and team worker
- Well organized, logic thinker, self-motivated with proactive and initiative.
- Experience in lead financial team
- Willingly base in Changzhou
