Responsible for FWD and HWT business in West/North China project market.
Establish and maintain regular contact with distributors and in West/North China, assist them to get the projects.
Develop new project distributors in the key provinces, such as 广东、海南、福建、四川、河南、陕西.
Approach and establish good relations with key decision makers and top management of developers.
Contact the developers, KCM customers in Shanghai frequently and daily, gather the potential projects.
Organize trainings, seminars, forums to the key influencers of developers, promote FWD concept and ISE brand.
Collect and assist analyzing market intelligence, monitor competition, and recommend appropriate response.
TEAM WORK
- Work closely with other departments in order to better allocate resources, manage costs, and timeframes
- Work closely with regional sales managers.
- Work with CS department closely for project sales forecast.
More than 5 years sales experience, industry of building material, sanitary, HVAC, kitchen appliance will be preferred.
A proven track record of working successfully with developers
Familiar with sales channel in Shanghai and Zhejiang. Good relationship with local developers.
Well organized, enthusiastic and results oriented.
Proven strong ability to exploit market with sensitive sense.
Team spirit.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can work under high pressure;
OTHER ASSIGEMENT
- Completes management or team’s assignment accurately and meets target time.
- Be flexible and prepared for various environmental changes.

大专以上学历, 中英文熟练
2.Good communication and computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe (PDF)

3.1 year above sales support experience
