Key Account Planning:

Lead on
assigned key accounts sales strategy and annual customer business

target planning

Cascade sales target, budget planning and assigned key accounts trade

activities to sales team and ensure clear & timely communication

Account Management:

Ensure delivery of revenue and volume targets for assigned key accounts by

working with HQ and regional KA team, incl. controlling AR and resolving

payment disputes

rack trade spending and business performance of key account customers and

develop solutions accordingly, Monitors and manages expenses within the budget.

Delivery of agreed Business Key Performance Indicators（KPI’s）

Develop, Communicate and Execute the operational Demand plan

岗位需求：

Bachelor degree and above

5 Years above working experience in famous FMCG industry, with solid

background on KA Manager, especially CRV

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Trained management and leadership skills
