Job Summary:

Take overall management of Shanghai Branch, regards of P&L, service improvements, sales activity and financial controlling on accounts receivable of Shanghai Branch as per the company's policy.

Requirements:

- Professional experience is in forwarding and logistics, including airfreight, sea freight and logistics. Have a sound relationship with airlines, shipping lines and major agents in Shanghai local market.

- Profound knowledge is on sales management; financial management; people management.

- Good knowledge monitoring revenues, expenses, accounts receivable and payable.

- Have project management experience and presentation skills.

- Strong leadership skills, good coach and motivator and ability to develop people and implement changes

- Ability to respond to ticklish inquires or complaints from customers or regulatory agencies.

- Be sensitive to figure, ability to analyze concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

- Strategic in thinking, tactful in approach, persuasive in communication, and persistent in implementation.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

- Select, develop, motivate, monitor and appraise performance of direct reports, ensure all the operations and sales personnel well trained; conduct annual performance reviews for all direct reports.

- Ensure Shanghai branch is operating in compliance with local Laws and to align with the company's policy and regulations.

- Prepare annual budgets to management; and control, monitor and report vs. the budget plan on a regular basis.

- Provide support on solving complex customer issues; review customers' feedback and initiate improvement measures.

- Participate in sales calls to maximize customer service and generate revenues to support our business objectives; coordinate with management and partners in the development of pricing structure, quotation, and operations procedures to obtain and maintain customers.

- Create short term and long term plans for operational needs; formulate, implement and review contingency plans to support overall operations; plan overall resources / manpower / equipment / supplies at station of control; and assist with the development of business strategy and contingency plans for the region.

- Maintain good relationships with local agents, airlines, shipping lines and relevant governmental agencies, work with operational departments and overseas partners.
