职位描述：
1) 5 years or above work experience;
2) English: Fluent Speaking, good in read/writing;
3) ITIL/ITSM Processes: Capability in process implementation for specific application according to enterprise and ITIL standard;
4) Transition Processes and Methods: Knowledge and experience in managing the transition from project to on-going operation;
5) IT Project Management: General IT project management knowledge;
6) IT Technical Knowledge: General knowledge for Hardware/OS/DB/Middleware, can understand the requirement specification document and place order; PLM/CAD/Visualization application experience would be a plus;
7) Business Processes: Knowledge in R&D business and/or auto industry and/or CAD would be a plus;
8) Others: Good communication skill with strong ownership.
