JD
1. Leading service delivery in account, assure SLA fulfillment in contractual SOW, especially in infrastructure management, Server, Network, Cloud on VMWare and Security
2. Leading service operation and excellence driven, continuously drive operation performance, efficiency & productivity
3. Review and Build Infrastructure solution to support Infrastructure Change solution
4. Attend and lead regular service report/review with customer and gratify customer expectation on service quality, and promote customer satisfaction/loyalty
5. Talent development to growth team to sustain account long term expansion & growth

Requirements
1. Over 10 years IT service delivery and management experience
2. Ability in operation excellence to drive service delivery improvement & enhancement, in both technical innovation & operation efficiency
3. Expert in technology, OS Linux/Windows, Database (SQLServer, Oracle), Storage and Virtualization (VMWare based), Networking, AD and Exchange, ect.
4. Strong knowledge and management in ITIL processes, ability in process control, measurement and optimization
5. Comprehensive understanding and managed service in Security & Compliance
6. Efficient project management skills & ability, plan & evaluate SOW & resource assignment, delivery cost budget, as well as identify risks & describe mitigation approach, constantly drive project to successful result
7. Data Center & Cloud technical solution & operation management experience & ability preferred
8. Good communication and presentation skills
9. Strong leadership & will to win attitude
10. Good in English speaking and writing
11. No limitation in location (can be BJ/SH/GZ/WH/CQ/DL), Can accept long term travel (1-2 years at least) oversea in Southeast Asia 举报 分享
