Description:

Engage with Business Group stakeholders to gather master data requirements and manage escalations.
Collaborate with different business groups across APJ and other lines of business to provide education and communication on master data related usage and process.
Master Data Process Ownership - Oversee multiple projects analyzing existing processes, defining process improvement, leading process development, and championing process usage
Collaborate with Sales Operation functions and other lines of business to provide effective end-to-end system user support and enablement with methods such as training, documentation, support ticket handling.
Master Data Process Improvement - Collaborate with WW Master Data Process and Capability team, Solution and Analytics team, region and in-country Sales Operation functional team by proactively identifying and creating projects designed to address and improve operational bottlenecks, gaps, and deficiencies to improve capabilities within Master Data.
e2e Master Data Stewardship - Oversee multiple projects involving Marketing Data Stewardship activities to create data, improve data quality, define and deploy data strategy.
Half yearly sales readiness - Manage account nomination for half yearly sales readiness and sure master data is ready for quota deployment and sales readiness within required timeline.
Collaborate with other Pan-HP Sales Operation teams to identify Sales Operations projects to provide consultation on process, standards, and analytics for innovative ideas and solutions to improve sales, service and customer and partner experience.

Desired Skill and Experience

WORK EXPERIENCE
Minimum 5-8 years of sales operations experience
Project leadership (large-scale projects)
3yrs experience with marketing automation systems such as Aprimo or Eloqua is highly advantageous.
2yrs user experience with salesforce.com highly desirable.
1yr Microsoft office skills and particular in Excel application
Strong reporting and analysis skills with ingenuity to provide scalable reporting.

Bachelor's degree
MBA or equivalent preferred

Strong logical and analytical thinking skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work across functional teams.

A will to study and learn new topics. Flexibility. A self-starter attitude.
