Key Responsibilities:
? Manage team’s operation to ensure daily service delivery with satisfactory quality , meet SLAs
? Customer Engagement
? Close and effective collaboration with Huashan team to drive output
? As 3nd level escalation point for customer requests or 1st level unresolved issues
? Solicit customer feedback to improve TCE continuously
? Departmental Financial management
? People management - including compensation, performance management, career development
Qualification of candidates:
? Typically a Bachelor’s degree and above or equivalent experience
? At least 8 years working experience with 2~3 years’ experience as team leader
? Good skill on written and spoken English are required
? Goal oriented and Customer focus
? Good customer Relationship management skill
? Strategic thinking and business planning skill
? Foster open environment and motivate people; Mature and good interpersonal skills
? Prioritization and conflict management
