Major Responsibilities
? Operations Support:
1.Accountable and Responsible to support operations in performing root cause analysis for process related issues.
2.Responsible to support Operations in resolving quality issues without dependencies
3.Operation volume/KPI report tracking and analysis
? Process Support:
1.Responsible to support all improvement programs & initiatives for the process.
2.Accountable to provide the required support for implementation of world class process improvements
3.Responsible to support process documentation creation and maintenance
? Project Management:
1.Lead and Drive Projects to deliver Targeted Efficiencies or Global initiatives
?Training Support:
1.Quality Training: Responsible & Accountable to deliver quality training to Operations.

Experience/ Skills
? With experience to mentor quality projects
? GB certified is mandatory, BB will be an important plus
? Master quality data analysis tools, e.g., mini tab
? Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English
? Bachelor's or Master's degree in related field of expertise with a focus in business or economics
? Demonstrated project management experience
? Ability and proven track record in driving efficiency improvements
? Strong leadership and staff development skills; ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, consulting, negotiation skills, flexible, change adaptive
? Experience in Operations, Quality team or similar environment preferred 举报 分享
